Weight Loss

WELLNESS

Wellness True wellness involves removing chemical, physical, and emotional stress from the body. At Blaine Family Chiropractic, we address all these areas with equal importance. Many people are proficient at a few areas of wellness while neglecting the others. Through a wellness assessment, we determine which areas need improving and develop a plan to get you there. Relentless pursuit to wellness is a direct result of education on the topic. Whether your goals are in weight loss, detoxification, or nutrition, we have a plan to get you there!

DETOX

Detox, short for detoxification, is the removal of environmental and dietary toxins that accumulate in the body. The body’s natural detox mechanism becomes so overloaded that it becomes less efficient and toxic overload occurs. This can contribute to serious conditions such as autoimmune diseases, inflammatory conditions, and neurological disorders. Symptoms of toxic overload include fatigue, headaches, skin rashes, digestive problems, irritability, itchy skin, joint pain, poor concentration and mental clarity, and weight loss resistance. Since the body is only as healthy as the cells that make it up, true detox occurs at the cellular level. The goal of our detox program is to gently and slowly cleanse your cells of toxins that add an extra burden so serious disease can be avoided and the body can function more efficiently. This detox plan can help you feel and look younger, increase productivity, jump-start weight loss, reduce allergic symptoms, and give you greater motivation and energy.

WEIGHT LOSS

67% of the U.S. population is considered overweight. Weight loss can be a challenge and many people don’t know where to begin. At Blaine Family Chiropractic, we can help you lose weight, conquer cravings, and boost your metabolism. When the body is overweight, the extra stress can pull on the muscles deep within the body, causing or exacerbating problems that can lead to pain, disease, and poor health. Healthy weight takes a healthy person. If you have endlessly tried to lose weight unsuccessfully, there is a missing piece to the puzzle. Let us help you find that missing link and guide you through the process to help you lose weight and reach your health goals

NUTRITION

Confused about what to eat and what vitamins to take? With false advertising and dubious food labels, it’s hard to know what’s right. As a nation, we eat poor-quality foods that have been stripped of nutrients. We eat a tremendous amount of pre-packaged, pre-made meals with little nutritional value. Americans are overfed and undernourished. Given proper nutrition, the human body has an amazing ability to heal itself. Your food is your fuel, and if you give the body the nutrition it needs, it will function at its best. At Blaine Family, we will do a one-on-one consult that focuses on your specific health concerns to connect the dots between what you eat and how you feel. We will help you understand what to look for in foods and supplements in order to obtain optimal health.
