Meet The Team of BFC

  • Dr.
    Aaron Frach

    Dr. Aaron Frach brings a unique individualized approach to the patients of Blaine Family Chiropractic. He has experience in sports performance, rehabilitation, pediatric care, pregnancy, and pain management. Dr. Aaron is a Cum Laude Palmer College of Chiropractic graduate, and has a variety of techniques that he is able to utilize for a personalized experience. Dr. Aaron is an avid hockey enthusiast who played at the University of Wisconsin - Plattevile, and now coaches for the Mounds View - Irondale Youth Hockey Association in his spare time. Dr. Aaron is also the team Chiropractor for the Coon Rapids High School Hockey program. He and his wife, Jessica, enjoy being active running in local races, hiking, and taking Milo, their dog, for walks around the beautiful neighborhoods of Ham Lake, where they live. Dr. Aaron and Jessica welcomed there first child on April 9th, 2017. Little baby boy, Cooper Thomas Frach, is the newest and greatest addition to the BFC family.

    Kiaja Undersander

    Dr. Kiaja Undersander is a graduate of  Minnesota State University Moorhead with a degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry.  She attended chiropractic school at Northwestern Health Sciences University and graduated in 2014.  Dr. Kiaja joined her fathers practice in Waite Park MN until his retirement in 2017 and is beyond excited to be joining the family at Blaine Family Chiropractic.  Dr. Kiaja specializes in maternity and pediatric care but enjoys treating patients of all ages.  In her free time Dr. Kiaja loves to spend time with her family and her friends, spending time out on the water kayaking or water skiing, and curling up with a good book.

  • Kayla Meckola

    Kayla is the Office Manager at Blaine Family Chiropractic. Kayla and her 7 year old daughter, Sherice, live in Isanti, MN where they love spending time outdoors, and if it is summer time you can find both of them soaking up the sun and building sand castles at the beach. Kayla's favorite past time is going to the Isanti Rodeo every year, and getting out on the boat and doing some fishing. Kayla brings an enthusiastic upbeat personality to the team at BFC, and her foremost goal is to help our patients create health goals, and have a great time as they achieve them. 

  • Christa Reihl

    Christa Reihl is one of our Massage Therapist at Blaine Family Chiropractic. She grew up in Loretto, MN and just recently moved with her husband, Aaron, to Saint Michael, MN. Christa and Aaron had their first little boy, Harrison, in June 2016. Christa graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Massage Therapy in 2015. After working in real estate for a couple of years, she wanted to get back into a profession of helping people, where she could be making a difference in their lives, so she decided to go back to school for Massage Therapy. Christa is trained in Relaxation Massage, Trigger Point Therapy (Rehabilitative Massage), Reflexology, Sports Massage, Hospital Based Massage and Prenatal Massage. Christa studied abroad in Ireland for 6 months while in college and has loved to travel ever since. She thinks traveling to new countries and experiencing different cultures can be so life changing! She enjoys spending time with her husband and son, and friends and family, especially her two little nephews. Christa is so excited to be a part of the team at Blaine Family Chiropractic. She looks forward to meeting you and working towards reaching your health goals.

  • Angela Brazil

    Angela Brazil is one of our massage therapist at Blaine Family Chiro. She graduated from Aveda Institute of Minneapolis in 1999. Over the years of being a therapist, she has discovered several gifts she has been blessed with. Empathy- The ability to understand and share the feelings of another. Intuition- Having the ability to know or understand things without it being spoken. And the most important gift, Healing- A technique she has created over the years that is unlike any other. There is no bruising or pain throughout the session or after. You will feel more energy, strength and peace inside and out. You will feel more wellness as a whole being achieved. Angela loves what she does, the gifts that she has been given, and the joy and peace her clients receive each and every time she has the privilege of working with them.
