Dr. Aaron Frach
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Aaron Frach brings a unique individualized approach to the patients of Blaine Family Chiropractic. He has experience in sports performance, rehabilitation, pediatric care, pregnancy, and pain management. Dr. Aaron is a Cum Laude Palmer College of Chiropractic graduate, and has a variety of techniques that he is able to utilize for a personalized experience. Dr. Aaron is an avid hockey enthusiast who played at the University of Wisconsin-Plattevile, and now coaches for the Mounds View – Irondale Youth Hockey Association in his spare time. Dr. Aaron is also the team Chiropractor for the Coon Rapids High School Hockey program. He and his wife, Jessica, enjoy being active running in local races, hiking, and taking Milo, their dog, for walks around the beautiful neighborhoods of Ham Lake, where they live. Dr. Aaron and Jessica welcomed their first child in April 2017, a little baby boy named Cooper. In October 2018 they welcomed a baby girl named Stella.
Dr. Kiaja Undersander
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Kiaja Undersander is a graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead with a degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She attended chiropractic school at Northwestern Health Sciences University and graduated in 2014. Dr. Kiaja joined her fathers practice in Waite Park MN until his retirement in 2017 and is beyond excited to be joining the family at Blaine Family Chiropractic. Dr. Kiaja specializes in maternity and pediatric care but enjoys treating patients of all ages. In her free time Dr. Kiaja loves to spend time with her family and her friends, spending time out on the water kayaking or water skiing, and curling up with a good book.
Sarah Bebus is the office manager at Blaine Family! She is currently studying at Purdue University for her bachelor’s degree in business and plans to combine that with her degree in music. When she isn’t helping patients or writing music for local bands in the Twin Cities, she enjoys spending time with her dogs and her family in northern Minnesota. She looks forward to meeting every single one of you and helping you out!
Brittany Moen is our chiropractic assistant here at Blaine Family! She has lived in the Blaine area most of her life, but a fun fact about her is that she has lived in Hawai’i for 3 years before returning to her hometown. She lives in the area with her husband Eric and her two cats Baby and Frankie, and enjoys going to concerts, making crafts and spending time at home. She is excited to be a part of this community and can’t wait to meet you all!
Megan Kouri is one of the receptionist’s at Blaine Family! She is currently seeking her Bachelor’s Degree at Bethel University and plans to use it in a health care related field. She lives with her family in Coon Rapids and enjoys spending time with friends and supporting her brothers at their sporting events! She looks forward to seeing everyone and passing on her incredible enthusiasm!
Melanie is one of the massage therapist at Blaine Family Chiropractic. She graduated with a diploma in Massage Therapy in 2016 and is certified in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Trigger Point, Reflexology, Myofascial Release, and Prenatal massage. She also attended classes to learn about Oncology Massage because she is passionate about helping anyone and everyone. Melanie currently lives on a small lake in Isanti, MN with her boyfriend and puppy child named Charlie. Melanie is readily available to help with your needs and can’t wait to get started.
Cara is a one of the massage therapist at Blaine Family Chiropractic. She is a Registered Nurse specializing in acute and long term care nursing. She became a massage therapist in 1994 as a way to offer preventative pain management. Cara’s massage career has introduced her to a large number of alternative modalities that assist people in living their best possible lives. She, herself, has experienced the effectiveness of combined chiropractic and massage therapies in turning around painfully limiting joint issues. She is so proud to join the team of BFC because their commitment to helping people feel and function optimally. Chiropractic and massage work together beautifully to achieve this goal, and Cara looks forward to serving the community.
