What to Expect During Your First Visit
Your first appointment lasts about 40 minutes and starts with a welcome. We begin with a consultation to review your history, discuss what brings you in, and establish your wellness goals. Next, you’ll receive a physical examination and CLA spinal scans. These non-invasive scans measure nervous system patterns along your spine, helping us create an objective Core Score. Afterward, you’ll receive your first chiropractic adjustment, plus recommended exercises or stretches.
The Second Visit: Report of Findings
During your second appointment, you’ll review your exam results and discuss how you felt after your initial adjustment. Your Core Score will be explained, and together we’ll craft a care plan tailored to your goals and lifestyle. Your plan is never one-size-fits-all. After the report, you’ll receive your second adjustment.
Payment Options & Transparency
Blaine Family Chiropractic is a cash-based practice. We do not submit insurance claims, but provide superbills for self-submission. We accept major credit cards and Health Savings Account (HSA) plans. Patients may choose membership options, pay per visit, or purchase visits in bulk. Discounts may be available for military members, first responders, students, and teachers. Please speak with our friendly staff members for more information.
Before Your Initial Appointment
Before your visit, we’ll email intake forms; please complete them before you arrive. Dress comfortably, and bring any medical records or imaging you’d like us to review.
We offer on-site parking and can often accommodate same-day appointments. Most patients begin care at their first visit and leave with a plan for ongoing health.
